Bel Po Skincare started as a quiet rebellion—a refusal to settle for products that didn’t align with my vision of beauty, health, and balance. I wasn’t just looking for skincare; I was searching for something deeper—a way to honor both the skin and the soul. When I couldn’t find what I needed, I leaned into my curiosity and created it myself. That spark ignited in the corner of my home office, surrounded by research into skin anatomy, endocrine system, and clean ingredients,
The name Bel Po—“beautiful skin” in Haitian Kreyol—carries the weight of my heritage and the legacy of my mother, Ruth. She was a woman of profound strength and grace, teaching me that beauty is never superficial, but your power. Inspired by her, I set out to create more than just skincare. I wanted to build a brand that reflected the values she instilled in me: fairness, empowerment, and sustainability.
Bel Po is where science meets storytelling, where beauty rituals celebrate nature and culture.
But I didn’t stop there. I wanted Bel Po to uplift others, especially those from Haiti, a country that deserves more than its burdens. Through the Bèl Tè Coalition, I aim to create an equitable supply chain—one that supports farmers, reduces environmental harm, and breaks free from reliance on corrupt systems. I’m committed to showing that beauty can drive change by being ethical, transparent, and regenerative.
For me, this is personal. Every lotion, mask, and product embodies not just care for the skin but a promise to nurture something bigger. Beauty, as I see it, is a journey—a way to find balance, embrace nature, and feel deeply connected to ourselves and our world. This is the essence of Bel Po Skincare: timeless, empowering, and endlessly restorative.
